TERAMOVIL REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds may be granted for technical issues that Teramovil cannot resolve.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind or unused portions of a prepaid plan.
- Refund requests are only valid for users aged 18 or older.
- Refund requests can be made within 30 days of purchase.
- If Teramovil can resolve the problem presented within 15 days of the customer's notification, Teramovil will not be obligated to issue a refund.
Requesting a Refund

- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the refund.
