TERAMOVIL REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds may be granted for technical issues that Teramovil cannot resolve.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or unused portions of a prepaid plan.
  • Refund requests are only valid for users aged 18 or older.
  • Refund requests can be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • If Teramovil can resolve the problem presented within 15 days of the customer's notification, Teramovil will not be obligated to issue a refund.

Requesting a Refund

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the refund.
